RPB¨ Radex¨ Airline Filter

The RPB¨ Radex¨ Airline Filter improves the quality of the air your employees are breathing and exceeds industry filtration standards so you can be assured that your operators wonÕt suffer the consequences of breathing contaminated air.

The filter is fitted with a large capacity, 6-stage filter cartridge that removes moisture, odor and particulates to 0.5 micron from the compressed air stream, providing clean, breathable air. The Radex¨ features a unique twist-and-lock wall and floor mounting system.

The filter cartridge should be inspected weekly or more often depending on usage and the conditions of the air system in which the Radex¨ Airline Filter is installed. The filter cartridge should be replaced after a period of 3 months based on a 40 hour week and typical usage.

If the Pressure gauge on the Super High Flow Regulator and the Pressure Gauge on the Manifold are reading more than 10psi apart, your cartridge is blocked and should be replaced.

The filter cartridge must be replaced immediately if the following exist:

  1. The presence of odor and or tastes in the air being supplied to the respirator.
  2. Presence of moisture at the outlet fittings.
  3. Large pressure drop of 10psi or more across the filter.

Not liable for misuse. Regular tests of compressor air are recommended to be carried out to make sure it meets requirements for grade d breathable air. For personal safety, we recommend purchasing an RPB¨ GX4ª Gas Monitor.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Marketing Materials will ship after printing, typically in 5-15 business days depending on products ordered. Items will ship individually as they are completed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are out of stock or there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) and with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Residential vs Business Addresses

Orders requiring freight shipping will have the following options automatically applied:

For a residential address - the carrier assumes no loading dock or forklift will be present. The delivery vehicle will include a lift gate.

For a business address - the carrier assumes you will have a loading dock and forklift. If you are shipping to a business address that does not have these options, please notify us via email at so we can make the necessary changes.

Shipments greater than 500 pounds

For Dustless Blasting® machines, large quantities of rust inhibitor, pallets of abrasive, or any other other shipment over 500 pounds, please have a forklift available if you haven’t requested for a delivery truck with a lift gate. Failure to specify the correct delivery type may result in shipping delays and/or additional fees.

Shipments greater than 5000 pounds

If your order is over 5000lb, you will be contacted with additional freight costs after your purchase. Shipping must be paid in full before your order can be fulfilled.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Marketing materials include free shipping and will be delivered to you within 15 business days. Tracking numbers for marketing orders are by request only.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MMLJ,Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


If you received your order damaged follow the steps below.

  1. Accept your shipment - MMLJ, Inc. will address the issues with the carrier for you.
  2. Note any damage on your shipping receipt - Write the number of boxes damaged and describe the damage (ripped carton, damaged box, etc) beside your signature
  3. Take photos of your shipment - Take photos of the entire shipment, damage to the packaging, close-ups of damaged area, and of your signed receipt with description of the damage.
  4. Contact us about the damage - email with your order number, your photos, and the number of damaged pieces.
  5. After receiving your info, we will ship a replacement and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

International Shipping Policy

If your order is shipping to a location outside of the US, you will be contacted with additional freight costs after your purchase. Shipping must be paid in full before your order can be fulfilled.

Prices shown are in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter.

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.  

International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice.

Some items may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you via phone or email.
