Blasting Bonus Club Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - DUSTLESS BLASTING "BLASTING BONUS CLUB" LOYALTY PROGRAM

Participation and Eligibility: By participating in the Dustless Blasting "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, the loyalty program is open to all eligible customers without age or location restrictions.

Blast Points Earning: Dustless Blasting reserves the right to modify the earning structure and value of Blast Points at any time without prior notice. The earning rate may be adjusted based on various factors determined solely by and within the absolute discretion of MMLJ, Inc. d/b/a Dustless Blasting. Any changes to the Blast Points earning structure will be effective immediately upon implementation.

Termination of Loyalty Program: Dustless Blasting retains the right to terminate the "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability. In the event of program termination, customers will be given a notice period of 3 to 6 months to spend their remaining Blast Points balance. During this period, customers will not earn any additional points.

Blast Points Expiration: Blast Points earned within the loyalty program will expire one year from the date of earning. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their Blast Points balance and ensure redemption within the specified timeframe. Expired Blast Points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

Reward Availability and Redemption: Rewards offered through the "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program are subject to availability and may vary over time. Dustless Blasting reserves the right to modify or replace rewards at any time without notice. Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions as determined by Dustless Blasting.

Account Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Blasting Bonus Club account. Any activity, including the redemption of Blast Points, conducted through the account will be considered authorized by the account holder. Dustless Blasting is not liable for any unauthorized access, use, or loss of Blast Points.

Program Modifications: Dustless Blasting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or updates will be effective upon posting on the Dustless Blasting website or through other communication channels determined by Dustless Blasting.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, MMLJ, Inc. d/b/a Dustless Blasting or any of its affiliates, officers, or employee shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the participation in the loyalty program, including but not limited to any changes to the Blast Points earning structure, program termination, the exercise of any discretion in administering
this program, or expiration of Blast Points.

Privacy Policy: By participating in the "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and you have the right to manage your communication preferences.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements arising from the loyalty program shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of Texas. This provision does not waive any mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.

Suspension or Termination of Accounts: Dustless Blasting, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's Blasting Bonus Club account in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of program rules, or breach of these Terms and
Conditions.

Governing Law and Severability: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of State of Texas. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to the loyalty program shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Texas. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Blast Points Daily Earning and Redemption Limits: As of May 30th, 2023, customers are subject to daily limits on earning and redeeming Blast Points. Customers are limited to redeeming up to 20,000 Blast Points worth of rewards in a single transaction. These limits ensure fair participation and prevent abuse of the "Blasting Bonus Club" Loyalty Program. Please note that these daily limits are subject to change at the discretion of Dustless Blasting, and any modifications will be communicated to customers.

Effective Date: These terms and conditions are effective as of May 30th, 2023 and supersede any prior versions.
