Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Dustless Blasting Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.


Returns

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused.  The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns on marketing items, rust inhibitor, abrasives, or Dustless Blasting® machines.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.

Returns are subject to a 5% processing fee. This is to cover the cost of the transaction fees charged by the credit card companies.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to store@dustlessblasting.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee. This is to cover the cost of the transaction fees charged by the credit card companies.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks.

Please note: All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please review the proper steps in the “Damages” section of our Shipping Policy.  Email store@dustlessblasting.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
