The Dustless Blasting ADCS-1500 Air Dryer & Cooler System is a heavy-duty moisture and oil separator designed to provide a cool, clean, and dry air supply of up to 500 CFM at 150 PSI. Moisture in compressed air can clog blast pots and reduce the quality of the blasted surface by putting moisture back on it.
This efficient air dryer and cooler uses a two-stage filtration system, including cyclone separation and residual filtration, to effectively remove moisture and oil from the discharged air. The result is a cool, clean, and dry air supply that will enhance the performance of your blasting equipment and improve the quality of your blasting results.
The ADCS-1500 is skid-mounted, making it easy to transport and use on a variety of job sites. It can be powered by any 12V power source with a minimum of 6 amps, and comes with full factory support for added peace of mind.

To achieve optimal results, we recommend running the Air Dryer & Cooler with two 25' air hoses with a 1 1/4" ID.
